2. Can I get a sample of the product I am considering before I order?
Most items are available for sample. There may be a nominal fee on the more expensive items or pre-production samples. Please call STG Marketing at 706.894.1016 for questions and details. <Back to Top>

3. Can I see a sample of my imprint or logo before it is implemented on my final order?
Electronic Proof: Yes. We can send you a proof of your imprint or logo for review, we typically send this via email. We normally calculate this into the total lead time for your product. Product Proof: Yes. We can also provide on product proof of the product you are ordering with your imprint or logo on it before we print your order. The impact on the total order time may be impacted with this requirement, but we will work that out with you in advance. 4. How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order has been placed, production times vary with each manufacturer and item. For items made in the USA , allow four weeks or less to receive your product. For items manufactured overseas, allow 90- 120 days for the most cost effective delivery.

We recognize that in some situations you may need it sooner, that's not a problem, we can also expedite orders as well as needed. We have many items that can be delivered in under 72 hours! Just let us know what you need, in this case, "your emergency is our emergency!" <Back to Top>  

5. What are acceptable formats and sizes for my artwork?
If you are sending your artwork to us via email, we can accept files that are up to 10 Megabytes in size. If the artwork can be sent in a .ai or .eps (vector art) file that helps us turn your work around much quicker. As .ai or .eps is an Adobe format, whether you use a PC or Macintosh you should have access to this format. If not, please give us a call at 706.894.1016 and we will work with you on the format of your artwork. If you have artwork that is available through an FTP site at your location, please call us or email us with the appropriate instructions on gaining access to this information. 6. Can I fax you a copy of my imprint or logo?
This can be difficult if we are making final artwork for you. Faxing a general concept is fine, however, typically a fax does not provide the amount of clarity needed for a professional finish you are looking for in your product. If this is the only alternative you have, give us a call at 706.894.1016. We may be able to suggest other solutions. 7. Is there a screen charge?
Most products require that a silk screen or plate be made in order to apply the imprint or logo that you are wanting. If your selection requires more than one color, a screen must be made for each color. Certain products that you may choose do not require a screen charge if the content of the logo or the imprint is comprised of simple, straight-lined text. Screen charges are one time charges per product, per logo or imprint. New imprints or changes to an imprint or logo will require a new template to be created and subsequently new screen charges. STG Marketing will work with you to ensure that when, and if, a screen charge is required, that it is money worth spending. We will work to minimize these costs where possible. 8. Is there a Machine setup fee?
Typically, yes. This is a charge for the labor involved in setting up and calibrating the equipment and machinery that is used to print your imprint or logo. This is a small fee and will be listed as a separate line item on your proposal and on your bill.  <Back to Top>

9. Is Shipping and Handling free?
No. STG Marketing utilizes UPS and Federal Express (depending upon your needs) for shipment of your product. We charge you only for the actual shipping costs incurred. 10. What if I need my item faster than the current quote for my selection?
If you need an item quicker than the production time that we have provided or is listed as standard for the product, we can help in getting it expedited. There is typically a minimum $65 rush charge required to process this requirement. Note: Not all items can be expedited. We will let you know if that is the case and determine if there is a different way to meet your needs. 11. Do you keep a copy of my imprint or logo on file?
Screens are kept on file for two years. As long as you reorder the product with the same imprint or logo within this period of time, we can re-use the screen and you can avoid paying another screen charge and reduce your cycle time to get your product back to you. Your digital artwork is kept on file for up to five years. Order details are also kept on file for up to seven years. <Back to Top>
